'Available Light' - Geelong After Dark
This year's Geelong After Dark event on May 5th included 'Available Light', an audio-visual installation by Maria Vella and David McCooey.
Based on a poem by David McCooey, 'Available Light' concerns memory, vision, and representation. Ranging from the cosmic to the suburban, from day to night, the work is a lyrical meditation on how we occupy, and how we see, the world.
